<匯港通訊> 國務院總理溫家寶昨日主持召開國務院常務會議，審議並原則通過《可再生能源中長期發展規劃》，決定停止在建的煤化工項目及糧食乙醇燃料項目，未來只可以在不佔用耕地、不消耗糧食及不破壞生態環境的原則下持發展非糧燃料乙醇。
內地媒體引述一名政府官員稱，除了1999年欽點的吉林燃料乙醇、黑龍江華潤酒精、河南天冠燃料集團及安徽豐原燃料酒精股份成為首批燃料乙醇試點生產企業外，不會再批准新建項目。這4家企業規劃建設的燃料乙醇產能已於2005年底全部達產。
不過他指這4家亦不是擁有免死金牌，政府將下發文件強調這4家企業要逐步轉用非糧替代能源，以免出現糧食乙醇與人爭糧的問題。
4家燃料乙醇試點企業中，中糧集團已全資收購黑龍江華潤酒精、入股吉林乙醇項目20%股權，加上去年底收購內地上市公司安徽豐原生物化學股份後，將一舉掌控3大項目共125萬噸燃料乙醇產能。倘若再計入中糧集團在廣西北海、河北衡水、遼寧3地投建的共80萬噸產能的3大項目，中糧集團絕對是已掌控燃料乙醇產業。

中國可能暫停煤變油和穀物生產乙醇的項目。中國糧油是惟一擁有生物燃料業務的香港上市公司﹔
公司計劃積極拓展生物燃料業務﹐以期成為燃料乙醇的生產龍頭。如果報導屬實﹐將是中國糧油的巨大負面消息。

why pork price will be affected ... anyway, why it is so sudden ... 606 is not H-stock, but it is one of the popular china stock that people like to buy before, and it seem that the reason is so weak:
"以免出現糧食乙醇與人爭糧的問題"
Is that the problem really that serious? It seem there is reason behind ...

Need to close or change the machineries for 2 factories. I think that will take at least 6-9 months.
I sold all of my IPO in day 1.
