Acct firms
its a cycle... when 1 particular firm starts becoming too tough (more hrs), it'll starts losing staff. it will start promoting "work/life" balance to attract/retain staff. All 3 firms will go through the same cycle... and most of the time, all 3 firms are in a perfect equilibrium (i.e. - they all suck!)

true, those fs ppl just keep idling for several months in a yr ... i really doubt how gd they r ... in terms of auditing and knowledge on hkfrs/hkas...
