請問你地既約滿酬金係咪會扣返之前政府幫你供既5% MPF？

MPF係政府搞出黎，講到明係僱員一份，僱主一份，但佢先係無良僱主，係我地份約滿酬金回扣返之前供左既5%，有無搞錯？人工都唔係高，仲要咁樣俾佢回扣法？:fire:

yes:L, all NCSC staff need to deduct the MPF before get back their gratuity. The recruitment advertisement has mentioned it. Therefore, max additional $12,000 ($1,000X12months) / year will be cut to pay off government contribution on your MPF!!!

We paid the employer contributing part for our MPF.:shit:

其實政府咁做法，係咪犯法，佢實際上最後係無供MPF喎！
