為什麼download所有圖片都是bmp file,
之前是jpg......有甚麼方法可以變回jpg

The format of the pictures downloaded depend on the source. If the source is in BMP, then what you downloaded will be in BMP. If the original pictures are in JPG, then you get JPG.
You can use some photo conversion programs to convert the format after downloading.

You can try to clean up the IE's "internet temp folder", and then try again

一般是說清一下瀏覽器暫存檔，
不然就把暫存區域調大一些試試
