我用o左一個方法好耐, but it works, 基本上我係一個經常做運動o既人, 但有時食多o左, 胃腩突出嚟, 影相好難睇; 於是乎 Rachel my sis 教我每一朝用一湯羹萍果醋開一杯水, (嫌酸可加蜜糖調味.) 所以 so far 體重都 keep 得好好, trust me, it works.:P:P

其實還原基本步, 都是3招：食少D, 多做運動, 和早睡早起。人年紀大左, metabolic rate 自動下降, 如果食番後生的食量, 消耗唔哂的熱量會轉變成為脂肪。對於女人來說, 有D位是特別容易積聚脂肪。

Whatever brands you want, but mostly 萍果醋, not white vinegar.
