法律問題??急!!!!

各位c hing !! 請幫幫忙!!  本人早前請了收數公司代收一條公司數,後來講唔惦,收數公司派人淋紅油,然後對方報了警,警察叫我有空就到差館比一份口供,我想請問這是否一個陷井?? 我應怎樣做?? 請指教!!

雖然你無直接既責任,但係如果你請埋哂d爛仔去收數,警方都有理由相信你指使他人去做呢d野,咁佢地有prima facie case 就可以落charge. 告吾告得你入係另一回事.

silence未必係 gold, 如果警察問d你應該知既野,e.g. 係米係請果d收數佬? 如果你咁都吾答,呢d咁evasive既態度可能會影響個法官對你既impression...

我真係好希望係呢個forum既人吾好再比d含糊或者不負責任既advice...我知你覺得自己無責任,但係有d人(特別係layman) 就算吾100%信你都會有d以為你講既野係真....所以真係吾好亂up.

Silence is golden.
It is not evasive.
It is better thantelling lie.
If you tell the truth, the only legal advice will be p.g.
A layman does not know most of the technical of law and legal process so remain silence is always the best option.

Most criminal think they are innocent, but most magistrate and/judge think they are not.

The only issue is whether there is enough evidence for conviction.

1. Are u invited to Police Station or they come to arrest you?
2. If you are being arrested, don't say anything may be a good option to you
3. If you are invited, the Police will take a statement with you. If they caution you before taking statement like "you are not obliged to say anthing ......." then don't say a word

That's my 2 cents
