你認為mega box呢個商場會否成功

我認為事倍功半

個場好靚,但先天地點差

冬天更加會吾會有人去?

I was invited to attend a dinner party the other day.
They say there is  shutter bus from Kowloon Bay .
That night.,  walking from Kowloon Bay 1 to Kowloon Bay 2  and then a distance to the Shutter bus waiting area.
My god a long longggggggggggggg queue.According to Service Man, a wait 40 minutes is usual in a week day.
The taxi stand is a long queue too,but in comming taxi  is hard to see.
After the dinner party is situation may be even worse.
(( I left early)).

Hence I think they must inprove the transport as they are far from Underground.and far from ................

如果要去都唔好呢個月去,入邊都唔夠20%開張,星期6,日如果渣車去,除時等成個鍾

交通太過唔方便了... 又冇乜promotion...

個場有�囍�朗豪坊，有好多層，hotspot and B&G 好大但唔實際。為一好處係你可以行出去outdoor 睇日落，因為夠高夠開陽

Hard to succeed if poor infrastructure and transport arrangement ...

A friend of mine  driving to Mega Box  at 2.30 pm  and find ..
[i]car car  car  car  car  car car  car  car  car  car car  car  car  car  car car  car  car  car  car car  car  car  car   car car  car  car  car  car car  car  car  car  car car  car  car  car  car car  car  car  car  car car  car  car  car [/i]..................... waiting to enter the car park ...then going up  [i]round   and [/i][i]  round   and   round [/i]   more than 14 floors to the parking space.  It will be a long queue to going down again..   :Q  :L  :burst:

I just went there on the first day when they open.

The car park was the best, nice view and wide ;P

When you go again next time, can you let us know the situation.

You need to drive so many storeys to get a space! It was quite FULL!:o:(:'(:oh:

Yes,  as long as you can produce a invoice of that day................anything not just coke

Well,  If you go to work early , and leave your office early,
[b][i]Otherwise[/i][/b] , rush hour....................car  car  car car  car  car  car ..................... waiting to enter the car park ...then going up  round   and   round   and   round    more than 14 floors to the parking space.  It will be a long queue to going down again..
