No matter of environment or food quality, not a very good choice. You can try SPOON at upstairs or their famous buffet at Harbour Side Cafe instead.

I went there a few days ago, and with small eaters like us, it cost almost $1,000 per person, without dessert nor coffee/tea.

Here are the prices (from memory) for things we had -

2 Orange juice - $80
1 House Red - $135 (amongst the cheapest)
1 San Pelligrino - $90
1 Salad Bar - $160 (or $180????)
2 Lobster Bisque - $115
2 Lamb Rack - $435 but this is really a huge portion - the whole lamb rack
1 Surf & Turf - $595
1 asparagus side order - $75

I paid around $2,100 after discount.  I think you should budget at least $1,000 if you eat steak/meat, and $800 for fish (but not lobster).

Is it good?  Definitely.

Harbourside? - when I came out from the Steakhouse last week, this place was seriously over-crowded and noisy - as bad as a low-priced Chinese restaurant.  I would not recommend it.  This is definitely not worth the price.

Unless you pick the cheapest of the starter, main course and dessert.  And drink the tap water.

I visited this restruant years ago to celebrate brithday with my girl friend. Two persons, 2 main courses with side dish, no wine. Total cost HK$ 1300 ! It is very impressive becasue too expensive ! :(:(

To counter the high price, you can join the privilege club Like I do and get a 25% discount.  It cost $2,680 p.a.

You can - depends on what you order really. But $900 to $1,000 per person should be OK.:o:lol:P:hamsup:
