I am using such function.
When you are in China , the caller hears the Hong Kong ring tone, he/she think that you are still in Hong Kong.
When you call from China to Hong Kong, the receiver in Hong Kong see your number as a long distance call.
Therefore please don't call from China to Hong Kong unless you want the one in Hong Kong knows you are in China
