1. I've modified my rules/definition of personal attack. So, over 92.3% of my banning is ok. :)
They can just email me or login as a new member if they insist for not banning. Very easy.
2. I repeat, personal attack is defined quite well in my post. Pls read it. If you want to modify the definition, PM me. So, it won't be subjective.
呢度唔係法庭，唔需要證據，我對眼就係證據! (講笑咋, 其實，大家的眼就咪係 evidence 啦)

I can honestly say this...there are many occasions where I didnt get any reply at all.
So..I dont think XOCAT II has the time nor the energy to reply to our PMs
