personal attack: not equal to critiziing somebody's wrong doing.

1. I've modified my rules/definition of personal attack.  So, over 92.3% of my banning is ok.  :)
They can just email me or login as a new member if they insist for not banning.  Very easy.  

2. I repeat, personal attack is defined quite well in my post.  Pls read it.  If you want to modify the definition, PM me.  So, it won't be subjective.  

呢度唔係法庭，唔需要證據，我對眼就係證據! (講笑咋, 其實，大家的眼就咪係 evidence 啦)

我認同你的看法, 但判斷過程難免受到干擾, 所以才出現以往「非正式 」上訴機制
為免該「有權力（ and therefore 義務）既有關人等」判斷錯誤或誤用職權, 適當渠道必須及早訂立

I can honestly say this...there are many occasions where I didnt get any reply at all.

So..I dont think XOCAT II has the time nor the energy to reply to our PMs

Also..what is the need to setting reading rights to 255? Pls explain?
