任何人等，會員之間人身攻擊，對人不對事，殺無赦！
If you want to critize, focus on the stuff/things done instead of personal attack.
留意：此 ban 人 function 只限 xocat II 履執行. 有問題，請舉報。
It is quite easy and should be commonly agreed for personal attack among users.
Of course, we might attack somebody if he has done something wrong, but pls say what he has done wrong instead of attacking him/her.
personal attack: not equal to criticizing somebody's wrong doing.
Therefore, it is 100% ok to mention what others' have done wrong. However, if you just personal attack someone without mentioning the stuff he/she has done. You're "die hard".
我們支持言論自由。
e.g. ABC is careless -> that's personal attack.
ABC is so careless that he put his cat into the fridge. (with evidence support). -> That's NOT personal attack.

舊 年 有 一 輪 （ 其 實 幾 短 暫 ） 成 日 同 太 公 猜 謎 語 ， 好 似 大 石 都 有 玩 。 o個 輪 幾 開 心 o架 ， 雖 然 遠 不 及 Old Timway 全 盛 期 ， 但 起 碼 開 開 心 心 冇 乜 煩 惱 。
但 我 覺 得 ， 近 日 我 少 到 Timway ， 唔 係 因 為 有 「 人 身 攻 擊 」 ， 而 係 愈 來 愈 少 吸 引 我 o既 元 素 。 以 前 我 會 貼 o下 weekly updates ， 同 時 睇 o下 o的 兄 弟 o既 o野 ， 而 家 就 變 得 好 靜 。
講 到 尾 ， 我 連 最 起 碼 o既 contribution 都 停 o左 ， 某 角 度 睇 已 經 冇 乜 資 格 講 o野 ， 但 我 知 道 假 如 我 係 蝙 蝠 俠 ， 我 o既 做 法 會 好 唔 同 。

你先要定立一套清楚合理規例先可以用 ( Personal Attack ) 呢個字眼！
Forum <=========== 中文叫做 ( 論壇 ) ，想你會知，對嗎！
由你第一日建立 Xocat Forum 開始，應知先會有 ( Member ) ，才可以進行討論！但每一位會員都不會對某一樣事、物，意見與想法都相同！人是個體獨立有思想架，如大多數 Member 對某事、某物，極為贊同欣賞！但突然有某位會員用反方向加入討論，是善意的！可是由於想法與大眾不同，就群起攻之，那如何？你就即 ban 佢！係唔係呀？因要維護 Forum 和諧，你想當然是對！！是嗎？
呵！如果一個討論論壇，容不了一個意見不一致的人，算是論壇咩！咁不如你一個人去玩晒佢囉！
唉！激氣 ~唔想再講~ 我出街溝條仔 happy 下好過！條仔我唔 Like 佢，我即刻 ban 實佢！

only personal attack without strong evidence to support claims. In Chinese, 對人不對事者。

管 理 層 以 為 認 清 o左 ， 其 實 唔 係 。
佢 地 太 著 重 historical hit-rate ， 冇 vision 去 睇 出 未 來 點 樣 generate 更 多 hit-rate 。
例 子 ︰ 唔 容 許 提 及 competitors o既 sites ， 即 係 唔 懂 得 網 民 習 慣 ， 白 白 失 去 大 口 吞 噬 其 他 sites o既 人 流 o既 機 會 。
又 例 如 ︰ 姑 息 一 o的 historically generate hit-rate o既 粉 腸 ， 任 其 破 壞 forum 生 態 ， 我 地 有 異 議 反 而 話 我 地 人 身 攻 擊 ， 令 新 手 見 呢 堆 粉 腸 而 卻 步 ， 反 而 令 hit-rate 大 大 降 低 。
