嘉進投資 (#310)

嘉進投資(0310)宣布,於7月9日下午四時正最後時限,合共接獲9465.1344萬股有效接納,佔供股總數43.82%,另佔供股完成後擴大後股本14.61%。供股已於7月12日下午四時正成為無條件。

計及按比例供股及包銷餘下未獲認購股份後,大股東林炯偉全資擁有的 Favor Hero 及其一致行動人士持股量由30.72%增至46.5%,並透過平安證券按每股0.135元提出全購建議。

嘉進投資早前宣布2供1發售2.16億股,每股供0.135元,集資2916萬元,淨額約2795萬元,擬用作未來投資,惟暫無特定投資目標。該股昨日收報0.46元,於5月底每股資產淨值為0.67元。

This is a very funny scenario, but ....

To buy or not to buy?  I have been saying NO repeatedly, but after reading this article, I might change my view and maybe it's worth a small speculative bet.

Don't know, but a small speculative bet might not hurt.

My focus today is on #197.  Strong buy - they weathered the selling from ML, China Intl Capital in the last 2 days and today Credit Lyonnais. Today, JPM, their biggest independent shareholder came out and support.  The correction is finally over.  Bought 105K today.
