主營業務
集團主要從事高速鋼、高速鋼切削工具及模具鋼的業務，集團於2005 及2006 年為中國最大的高速鋼出口，根據中國特鋼企業協會的資料，集團於2006 年的高速鋼產量是中國最大競爭對手的兩倍以上。而集團亦是收入最高的高速鋼切削具製造商。

集團產品主要分高速鋼和高速鋼切削工具兩大類，分別佔收入48%及39%。市場覆蓋國內及30 多個國家。集團產品主要用於製造汽車、機械、工業工具。

國內對高速鋼每年需求增幅約17%，而高速鋼切削工具市場增幅每年約13%；集團此高速鋼和削具在國內的市場佔有率，分別為45%和30.6%。集團於江蘇設有廠房，高速鋼產能為3.5 萬噸，而切削工具為3.8 億件。

中國高速鋼市場由數間大型商家主導，根據中國特鋼企業協會資料，集團單獨佔約44.75 的市場份額，是中國集團最高產量高速生產商。

集團盈利規模與中國特鋼(2889.HK)接近，集團集資規模為5-6 億，預期集團可受惠國內工業逢勃增長，集團過去產品價格及毛利率表現穩定，集團預測07 年純利增長理想，按年上升69%至1.62 億元，今明兩年毛利率維持於20.6%及20.1%。不過，由於內地兩間規模較大鋼鐵企業，包括鞍鋼(347)、馬鋼(323)之07 年預期市盈率為12.6 倍及13.4 倍，而較小型中國特鋼為9.41 倍。因此天工以上限定價之市盈率15.7 倍，估值較高，建議中性。

me 2, I use 2 different accounts to apply and both fail to get any lot:'(

waste my time and money...It's difficult to get. May be some brother who uses margin can get it if they apply large lot of shares....

It is trading @ 9.62 with high 9.99 and low 8.00.

I hv one hand only, but applied by margin.
