It seemed all call warrant on HSBC and 2628 are being forced not to up to ... [/quote]
No one force
but market still doubt whether HSBC's rise in price could be keep on
if price of HSBS becomes stagnant again
warrant would be eroded by time

Curious to ask, 2628 seems strong, but related call warrants did not really go up , some are even dropped.

As same as gambling at casino, no different

I think in trading warrants, what needs to be consider is more than that for trading normal stocks.
that is, You have to consider what other warrants traders think
Everybody thinks today is good day to materilize the profits for their call warrants. So everybody sell. And price of the warrant don't go up even the stock rise.

The DowJones is doing awkward in the past hour, from over 120pts up to just only 27pts up.

I agreed with you. Minor and short term effect from Dow, not much. HK market still supported by central govt

Speaking for myself, I personally think the risk on betting on warrants is smaller than on betting in casino.
Indeed, I lost 6000 in casino on monday.

Actually, pretty much the same, it is only on timing.
You can make double or nothing in a minute in casino
You can make or lose same amount of money on warrants too. Sometimes, you can make or lose 50% from warrant in a second, same as in casino. eg: you spent 12K on warrant, and lost 50% in the opening. You paper value already lost 6K. Of course, you can wait for it rebound.
I actually love both games; high risk with high return(loss) too

I have no idea on 2328 since it is dramatically up over 25% in a week. Maybe it is okay to buy if under $9.50.
I think 939 and 2899 are good to buy during this correction.

It is okay and not a bad idea as long as you feel okay to do so, it depends on how much risk you can handle and point of view, everyone is different.
Can cash out and wait for another round coming

The good thing is I sold my HSBC call the next day following its earning announcement, and with almost a 50% gain in 3 days.
But, the bad thing is my whole profolio is down 6-7 figures in the past week.
