Bali
Going to Bali end of this month. Have never been there before, and seems not many posts on this board. any bro familiar with the area? i am staying in the nusa dua area, and will be there alone for a few days for a conference. yeah, sounds too good to be true. any tips will be much appreciated.

do a search...i did a review of where things are...generally though mostly in kuta, you will find many friendly open-minded at the bars, and karaoke...heard hardrock is any other good place, but closes relatively early.

Dead Man's Meeting Place
There is a place that I call the "dead-man-monument". No-one really knows why, for but the locals say that some people died years ago and their rich relatives put it up. To honour the "dead". This is a dead world.... It's on Legian street, near the Paddy Pub. See the attached map.
It's a kind of meeting place for locals and visitors alike. Has stairs all around where you can sit down. Behind it a couple of started waving towards me and I went to investigate. They offered "massage" for 60.000. Boom-boom was also available for 400K. I said "no-thankyoo" and left. They started to run after me and offer it for 300 and as low as 200. They were too pushy so I just left. After a short walk returned again.

Thanks all bro for the info. I did research on other forums and realized the quality of girls are not comparable to what we have in mainland. so i might try to do pub/bar hobbing and see how it goes there. Report when I got back.
