懇請大版主解釋為何不處罰流料網友
有關流料網友早前發表了某些犯規/犯法之文章,欲問大版主有否對他有任何行動?

The point there is "collecting money" for executing the illegal stuff/sex trade ... and NOT on her age... I repeat, NOT on her AGE... I see who is the tiger clearly... I see it clearly for the legal stuff... I'm already very tired to state it again... also, this law, as can be seen in the newspaper by academic scholars, a very 爭議性's law. The police use it for the first time within the last 10 years... and during the very sensitive moment, 十年回歸... only... Even if you break this law or you find someone break this law, you have to have the concrete evidence... did you see 流料 collect the money for it? but loksiu and his friends just keep on teasing us... and speculating collecting money... If you rely on a sex worker and get direct money from it... you might be prosecuted... the point is on collecting money, if you're not sure, get the law book. I've also seen that law...
I repeat, this is Hong Kong. Not mainland China... if you find someone execute an illegal stuff, you have to get concrete evidence to prove him guilty. Instead, in China, you have to prove yourself that you're not guilty... that's a crazy/horrible world to live in...

xocat, regarding your interpretation/branding of lokiu's speech as accusatory of 流料, I have stated my objection and opinions on post #12 on:

Presuming you stick to your ruling and dismiss my plea, would you care to respond saying to what extent you agree/disagree to my views stated there?

If you pay a 17 age girl a dinner/car/clothes or even some little money for her school and then she had sex with you, is it illegal? Then perhaps a lot of students in HK might break this rule already. But if you introduce a 17age girl to Mr. Big and you collect money from Mr. Big because of the sex trade, you're prosecuted for sure... even if there is money collecting, if you have to have evidence... and concrete evidence...
I repeat, I might understand somehow for how you will respond to my sayings... this law (17-21 age) is really very 爭議性... so pls don't force the police to use it once again... this law is seldom used and executed... and not totally agreed by academic scholars as during that time you see in the newspapers ... also, you can still see a lot of forums and websites promoting 18 age girl...

For questioning someone's sin, it is very impolite... unless you have concrete evidence... not questioning, I repeat, this is HK, not China.

其實好難可以係網上確應此故事是真定是假
如果流料張此篇文章post係Adult Fiction 色情小說/成人小說
咁大家咪只當故事看!!!!

If you want to discuss about the moral issue, pls put it to the newspaper/magazine/TVB. Thanks.

回復 #6 xocatII 的帖子
I finally see your point.
I basically agree with you, except
Instead, in China, you have to prove yourself that you're not guilty... that's a crazy/horrible world to live in...
which I have no comment.
