SUSHI IN HK?
我其實唔係咁中意食生既野, 如SUSHI...間唔中都會試幾件. :P
今晚去左海運苛花亭食SUSHI, 食左半生熟牛肉, 燒左口魚邊, 兩樣都好好味.:loveeyes:
有冇人食過好味/特別既SUSHI值得推介? :lol

最貴好可能係四季入面間稻菊, 四人食單點過7000... d toro連友哥d 100蚊一件都比唔上
最唔坻食係sogo頂樓間新野(和三昧, 昧係昧著良心既昧, 有名你叫)...

行內最top應該係見城~~
比較出名仲有好多如壽司廣,翔太,天勻,松島,孝勢...等全係正宗日本人師傅~~

哩個價錢，絕對超值，都係一定要左 bar，可以逐件食
唔想破財，又想食到好野，試 lunch 啦

yes, they serve lunch from Mon to Fri, i have no idea on Sat,

one in CWB and one in TST Canton road, but CWB is very diff to reverve seat on Sat.
i have not tried it yet.
Shotai is not very good, the sushi is not up to standard to me.

CWB 亨利中心，
壽司廣&天扶良係同一老闆，所以有時壽司廣 full 左
都會叫你坐天扶良，不過如果坐天扶良，就一定要叫 tempura 啦
壽司廣我最愛係佢個 tuna sushi set
哩個唔係成日都有，
要返左tuna先有哩個 set，因為要用全條魚既唔同部位去做
cwb 唔再做哩個 set
但 tst 仍有哩個 set，真係奇怪~~
哩個 set 對我哩個 tuna痴真係岩晒架
用左唔同部份，唔同既做法，做出唔同既sushi，好難用言語講到你知
你快d 親身感受下 (如你都係鍾意 tuna 既話 )

呢問壽司廣都係多得亞何師妹介紹，不過佢介紹左我去廣柬道彩星中心，CWB都係自已揾上去架。話說當晚剩得两位壽司吧，隔離坐左個靚女，好似鬼妹咁，佢同一個好似日本仔既男友，點知佢講廣東話，再望原來係許晉亨，咁個靚女當然係李嘉欣啦。So, I was literally rubbing shoulder with Michelle.

dinner我試過比佢"斬"到一頸血~~
不過可能只係我叫得太興奮，叫多左所致既

哩間再比 cwb 既壽司廣再狹窄少少
係個感覺上有少少失色，(對我黎講)
但係，佢有得揀既魚就真係多好多
果次去，連象拔，平政，雞魚，秋都，等等等，仲有d 唔記得左 lu
通常 lunch sushi 唔會咁多揀，哩d 都係要散叫架嘛
竟然~~~~有咁多有得揀，
所以如果食厭左其他壽司廣，不妨試哩間
上次去，都幾 full，book位呀記得

Sushi is no good and not worth it.
Teppanyaki is great, especially the 清酒煮大蜆.
The melon is priced at $298 at Sogo.

I've never been there as I don't normally have an "eat-mate" over the weekend. My Sunday diet is normally 太興义鵝脾飯 or a BLB. I eat one meal on Sunday. But I think for $5XX at Spoon, it should be a good experience.

Don't eat 魚生 at 和三昧, They are lousy.
Teppanyaki is much much better. There is a choice of 3 set dinners.
It's on the 22nd Floor of Sogo.

以小弟少少所知,稻菊本身在日本已經好出名,再加上主打天婦羅,一間在酒店一間在國金,收得貴係正常!而和三昧前身係千登世,係已鐵板燒主打,鐵板燒應該比稻菊好,所以大家有所唔同!日本菜都分好多種,如壽司屋,日本料理,居酒屋,串燒店...每種都有自己既主打,同埋日本菜係香港差唔多40年歷史,以上小弟講只係日本人店鋪,其實有好多香港人師傅做得比日本人還要好!

I saw the Lawyer Martin Li, Apple daily's Lai Chi Ying, and together with some fm the Legistrative Council totally 8 people eating beside me.

前身?.....千登世同和三昧無關, 開喺同一地點唔代表一定要有關係... 千登世後來開咗去lee garden, sogo本店d質素有一落千丈, lee garden都唔好得去邊. 以前金田中(同係sogo頂樓) d sushi算香港唔錯, 價錢又唔貴. 點知依家因應OL口味開咗間咁垃圾既和三昧(agnes b, town gas avenue同級既OL food). 又喺度亂玩食物. 如果focus啲, 好似世貿上既ton-kichi, 咁可能會好好多, 唔洗10樣有9樣做唔好.
四季入面稻菊d quali係嘛嘛地. 日本出名又點? 香港既廚唔得有幾出名都冇用. 係, 個後生manager幾好service, 但其外出品只可以話中上, 收近二千一個人頭食中上級既野, 我可以貼多兩千買張機票去日本食sushi-zanmai...一人食到嘔賣單都只不過係4-5000yen.

和三昧食鐵板架，魚生可以唔好係哩度叫，質素一般，價錢唔一般
如果你鍾意熟野既話，有間係cwb sino plaza 叫達，係居酒屋
佢既燒魚( 睇佢當日係咩貨)，燒得好好
最正既係 ~~~~ 煎蛋卷，真係好軟好綿，一定要試
凍烏冬，炸物，都好出色
其他熟食都好好味，都係日本人多既，一定要訂位，好多時都會 full
要除鞋，所以著對易著易除既就方便好多啦
仲有一間係沖繩料理
比我想像中好，食既野同一般居酒屋好唔同
要試苦瓜 & 豆腐，
係登龍街，永光中心12f
個bar放滿左好唔同既酒，好似係自家出品，寫晒度數添，每個酒"程"都唔同樣，幾得意架

Few good things and worth eating in Soho woh, i once went to Cafe de Paris, very bad. very little portion, lunch set not including coffee!!!!
except an Italian rest called Pizzaria just behind the fitness of Hollyword Road.

鵝肝店，結志街，可惜 sun closed
煎鵝肝 & 鴨腿 都好好味丫

香港一樣有地方唔洗咁貴可以食到同樣級數既野, 只不過如果要咁既價錢, 當然希望d野食有番呢個價既質素, 但係四季冇.

The same night I "dine" with 李嘉欣，楊鐵樑 was there too.
