邊個刑事律師比較好? (急問!!)

我想問下邊個刑事事務律師比較好? 我依家搵左兩個人，一個只係寫信俾律政處都要
$30000，但係我去問區議員提供的大狀的免費法律資詢就話 只要 $5000-$8000，佢一定係 o危 我，今日再去搵一個律師，佢叫梁永鏗，佢話唔好寫，同埋有第二d方法，唔知大家知唔知鳴七個梁律師得唔得?? 重有冇其他好的律師可以介紹?? 煩請各位大大幫忙，謝謝


ps 另外，知唔知我地家屬可唔可以自己向警方攞調查文件?? 如果可以，手續係點 ???
