TAXI to CP from LoWu

Need some help!  I usually take bus or train to CP but coming weekend I am going with 3 other friends and want to share a taxi.  I know there used to be some CP taxi (wants to return to CP) waiting at LoWu train station west but not sure whether they still exist and how much I can bargain for.  I think I used to pay RMB 100.

DG Taxi cannot pick up cusotmer at SZ!!  If such DG taxi driver was caught by GA, the penality is RMB30,0000:oh:.

You want to pay the Taxi Fare at RMB 100 , it seems to be impossible and even though the   Highway charges is about RMB30.....
