老闆娘Choco就係廚，慢功出細貨，pasta都是親手打的麵條，去到食最好預咗hea, 非常優閒的小店，在長洲靈堂附近，很易找到。

亞標一向欣賞鬻貨賣藝者的志氣和用心，食肆亦作如是觀，所以曾樂於嘗試，但，前句所謂「好」，只是讚其努力，不涉其「好食度」！;P
:lol 論其物好食與否，亞標則稍嫌其製作失諸於過份斯文，牛腩雖件件精選，劃一揀手，但太循規蹈矩，乖乖的毫無令人有驚艷之感，湯底又缺性格，乏味蕾難忘的獨特味道！:L
所以，試過了就是了，付第一次錢，多多寡寡，是滿足好奇心，不算不值得，以後會否再選叫，是另外的場合考慮了！ :P
