想轉做基金管理，點入行?

我係BBA畢業，跟住master係讀供應鏈管理同采購。
有兩年工作經驗，不過同金融無關。
尼家想轉工做基金管理，唔知道難唔難呢？有考d乜證先得？

I think having an CFA qualification is the minumum requirement

The entry point is to become a research analyst in broker firm, bank or fund house.

Therefore it is not easy.

Yes.  These days firms are often looking for the CFA + MBA combination + relevant work experience (at least a couple of years in front and/or middle office).  And the fact is, there are many candidates with these qualifications fighting for a very limited number of fund manager positions.
