If there is any free English class in Hong Kong, it will be so good.
Although I have learnt English for years, I feel my English standard is getting worse recently. >.<

I must agree with you.
Even for me are getting worst each and everyday, but what I do is I keep on practicing.
One thing for sure is just that don't go on read something that you don't like or have any interest in it, because it will make you bored and stop reading it
