你有沒有發現自己的記憶力越來越差、容易呆滯、反應遲鈍,而且工作缺乏效率?
其實這並不是你的身體開始老化,有可能是你不知道如何正確地補充水份喔!那麼要如何做才正確呢?把握以下的時機補充水分,保證讓你水噹噹!
(一)三餐後喝水
醫生建議用餐後半小時喝水較為適當,但是現代人習慣喝罐裝飲料,不喜歡喝白開水,其實每餐飯後喝罐飲料,也大概可以補充一天所需水分的一半了,然而,喝罐裝飲料也要慎重選擇,其中以運動飲料或是蔬果汁最好,因為蔬果汁可以補充多種養分,而運動飲料具備適量的電解質,和人體滲透壓相當,比水還容易被吸收
(二)起床一杯水
清晨可以說是一天之中補充水分的最佳時機,因為清晨飲水可以使腸胃馬上甦醒過來,刺激蠕動、防止便秘,更重要的是,經過長時間的睡眠後,血液濃度增高,這個時候補充水分,能迅速降低血液濃度,促進循環,讓人神清氣爽,恢復清醒。
(三)睡前一杯水
人體在睡眠的時候會自然發汗,在不知不覺中流失了水分及鹽分,而睡眠的八小時內,身體都無法補充水分,這就是為什麼早晨起床會覺得口乾舌燥的原因了。因此醫生建議在睡前半小時要預先補充水分、電解質,讓身體在睡眠中仍能維持平衡的狀態,同時也能降低尿液濃度,防止結石的發生機率。
