川貝燉雪梨
(Double-boiled Asian Pear with Chuan Bei)
材料:
雪梨1個,川貝8克,紅棗3粒,冰糖適量
做法:
1. 把雪梨洗淨,切除頂部,中間挖空,用熱水浸3分鐘。
2. 將適量水及其他材料同放入雪梨內燉約30分鐘即可。
* 川貝具清肺止咳的功效,這道飲品對久咳不癒的人很有幫助。
INGREDIENTS
1 Asian pear, 8g Chuan Bei, 3 red dates, rock candy to taste
METHOD
1. Wash the Asian pear. Slice off the top of the pear.
Scoop out the centre of the pear and soak it in hot water for 3 minutes.
2. Place water and other ingredients into the pear.
Simmer for about 30 minutes, and it is ready to be served.
* Chuan Bei is good for the lungs. It relieves cough, and hence this dessert is especially beneficial to those who suffer from chronic cough.
