小時經常跟隨父親幫襯的茶樓, 早上三時許已經開門做生意, 方便附近街市的員工; 我還記得有一位茶博士名叫"冬菇仔"的, 經常把客人打賞的煙仔夾放在耳朵之上.
這張相片可以看到在摩理臣街的清華閣一部分, 聊勝於無!

thanks! Ｉhad been to 清華閣 only twice. I could remember that there were a lot of windows. Unlike the current Chinese restaurant does not have windows. I can remember that the dim sum people could not speak Cantonese accurately. I also remember that 清華閣 was probably the only one in that area which still opened in Chinese new year "1st day". But not many dim sum on Chinese new year "1st day". The environment is very bright!

這幅相乃在1915年左右從十王殿廣場東望永樂東街, 橫跨的是摩利臣街; 可見的"吉祥茶居"於1920年代轉為如意茶樓, 再於1930年代改為清華閣茶室.
