具備什麼條件才是香港人？
既然講係香港地，除了物和事外，「人」佔著舉足輕重的地位，係各位心目中香港人應該具備什麼條件？

香港的居民，不論種族或國籍，只要關心香港，建設香港，已經具備作為香港人的條件。
“ 香港人 ”（Hong Konger） 在中文和英語上沒有法律的定義；但在日常生活中，可以是指有香港永久性居民身分的人，或者指居住香港有若干時日的人（這個定義空泛，而且每人有不同標準，但這是香港人最接近的定義）。
甚至是單純以香港為家的人。

HK resident
HK permanent residency should not be given to gurkah soldiers and their descendents even though they sere born in HK, employed by colonial governemt. This special regulation does not apply to domestic maids. NOT FAIR
