You can try Stadium, 1001 or go to the pubs in Blk M. Been there a few years back and there were many choices. Just grab a blue or silver bird taxi and tell them the name.

How much the rate?

Try Hotel Travel. so far.. this is only one I think is acceptable. some people mention bintang mewar and tropical spa.
but Bintang Mewar are too noisy for me... justgo inside and immediately come out oledi... too dark.. too noisy~
hotel travel is dark also ... but acceptable...

forgot to mention the pricing. that about 285,000 Rp ... consider very cheap if u compare with Bangkok. hehe .. of coz la..u need spend time and wait and see.. sometime there have Very pretty one...

Just make sure u get a reliable driver to send you to the entrance. Once you are inside u will be alright. But definitely helps if can speak abit of indonesian.:)

Not dangerous but transport is poor in Jakarta, so you need a good driver to take to there and back. And know the way around if there is flooding or jam.

Hotel Travel is OK, otherwise you can go to place like Stadium or Crown, mostly in Kota area.

Yes, speaking a bit of Indonesia would help a lot. You may get it for free. :lol:lol:lol:lol

Hotel Alexis is the newest and probably one of the best places you should go.

Just ask the taxi driver or hotel concierge. Most of them know where it is.
