記得以前屋村d牛腩又平又好食, 見佢地"火文"只用d牛骨同一個布袋既香料就已經幾哩都聞到, 而且又淋又夠味, 現在d咩清湯腩同柱侯牛腩完全係兩回事, 唔通失傳! 所以以前物資冇咁豐富反而一d簡單既食物更講求功夫!!!
