請問買鏡頭後,想買好的Filter作保謢用途,和買Hood 用在 17-55 和 75-200 鏡頭上,那類好? 請指教.

買鏡頭後,買埋UV Filter作保謢就OK

買Hood 比支長鏡就OK(Hood可作保謢,長鏡同其他野碰撞必然碰Hood先);
短鏡Hood 就型仔...ONLY

70-200 as well as all L lenses come with a hood already.

Which brand are you using?
If Canon it should be 70-200 instead of 75-200

Let's say fiter first,
For you, I think UV filter is better
which price range you prefer?
Acceptable and common brands are Kenko and Hoya (actually they are good enough, only problem is that they are not as good as B+W),
Coated filters of these two brands are called Pro 1D
Price is around $200 and $450, depends on which series and filter size your lens use
B+W is nearly always the best brand for filters
Best series is UV MRC,
which costs between $400 to $600

About the hood,
I do think that the user guide of your lens have suggested some model already,
IF you are using Canon lens, then there is definitely one,

Of course you can DIY,
there are many websites talking about DIY hoods,
you can search for it in Yahoo
