Since you are new, I think brothers here will tell you that you could replace 吉原会所 with any other saunas and it is still true.  There is no 100% safe place except your wife/gf who promises that she is 100% loyal to you...

Having said that, 吉原会所 is the most well established ones in shanghai.  The girls would also care for their health in order to maximize their returns and have less chance to accept unprotected sex,  I would say the chance is less than those FL girls or cheaper saunas... Again, you play and have to accept the risk...
