asking for a friend

whilst on the topic, a friend of mine also looking to find a convertible, basically narrowed down to 3 choices

1. mazda MX5
2. bmw Z3
3. rover MGB

same criteria, how these 3 cars compare:-

how do the 2 cars compare in terms of:-

1. gas mileage
2. resale value
3. reliability
4. durability
5. insurance coverage (no NCB)

comments pls!

Go for a MT MX-5 la, you won't go wrong.
No problem on the maintaince and also the re-sale.

I will say BMW Z3. It may run more $. but the look and style. It is the best of all of it.I have 2002 , 3.0. James Bond color( light blue).

thx guys... i will try to test drive all 3 in the coming weeks... will give some remakrs after test drive!

Driving in Hong Kong.
MX-5 (as specially the first generation)

Driving at somewhere like US, Aus, NZ....
Z3 2.8/3.0 MT(becoz Z3 is very heavy nearly same as E36 so 1.9 and 2.2 is bit powerless....)

Driver for styler try MGB (don't try the MGF)

買D咁既類型車，跟本同理性無關，完全取決於個人喜好:lol:lol:lol

都 唔 係 架 我 果 時 都 係 Z3 2.8 at /M 手波 同 NA6/8 手波 同 MGF VVC 版
3 選 一 中 諗 左 同 睇 左 好 耐 架 :$
