Time: (very important) Normal 1 to 1 action take 2 hours... but if in such a group... it might take 3 hours or 4 hours at most...
Guts: (also very important) Joined must have the guts to play together... the guts to show your dick to other; the guts to f MM in front of other; the guts on "coming" earlier than others; the guts on being too tired after all the actions and go home to face the tiger...

The essence of what they are talking is "changing partners". If taking an apartment with 4 rooms then it is pretty much the same as doing your own part in separate rooms.
