生肖 is usually translated as "Chinese zodiac sign".  Therefore, 你属什么生肖 can be translated as "what is your Chinese zodiac sign?"

Strictly speaking, zodiac refers to astrological signs, while 生肖 has nothing to do with stars.  However, both astrological signs and 生肖 can be seen as supernatural attributes of a person based on birth date, so "Chinese zodiac sign" became an easy translation to 生肖.
