these are just 3D animation, back in 1994 I have a friend he do these kind of job in a movie company, they use formZ with electricimage they can do anything you can imagine even very true human, and that was 1994, I belive this ufo video or the ones at youtube, they are all 3D stuff maybe created by movie student.
