Ocean Sauan/Cheung-sha-wan,any idea?

Any idea of this one?I walked pass this place last night,the over-hand banner looks new,I recall it old name was 'Hoi-duo' (island in English) or something liked that,not very sure.Thanks.

The overhead banner/ad light was on,I'd assume it was opened last night.
