小弟的省電法是 不開冷氣的情況下 把電腦的側板卸下 利用室內扇的餘風 即可有效降低溫度喔

只要風扇沒有壞都唔會有事. 如果風扇或冷卻器有事你會先收到 windows protection error 又或者開機時會 blue screen. 火牛的風扇壞了就會燒電容器和 regulators.

把潮湿的毛巾 放进冰箱冰凉，再拿出来盖在显示器或者机箱上

I think if your computer is running very hot for a long time, the life expectancy of the computer is shortened. Just don't put your computer in an enclosed area. Give some room around the computer to dissipate the heat or use a fan if you do not have an A/C.

If the quality of your motherboard and power supply are bad, then it probably not a good idea not to stay it on for long time.
There are many power supplies that are cheaply-made and won't last more than 6-7 months.
Good power supply and motherboard should have no problems in hot and humid weather.
