Bad news. 11/8 (Thur) is full - someone 包廳。 So not even the 大堂 on the 4/F. I have tentatively book 11/7 (Wed). Minimum charge is $4,800 plus service charge.
Let me know if this date doesn't suit you. I oriiginally booked 11/9 (Fri).

Let's do it the following week. What about 11/13,14,15. It works better for me as I still have a guest in town during the week of 11/5.

Glenfiddich is not very popular in HK, I have just tried their 18yr single malt, which is rather forward and expressive, lack of the roundness and smoothness in other single malt whiskey like McCallen, but should be welcome by scotch lovers as they comment McCallen is too commercial and Glenfiddich is with more personality. I once heard from my friend that Glenfiddich 30yr is very very outstanding one, but it cost $$$$$$
