The idea is really great! :verygood: Indeed, even the two bottles are of different vintage, we will be able to taste the style of the winery in differnt years (vertical comparison), that should be a good experience.
BUT, let's do that later, this time, let's make it more simple and enjoying. As I said before, I will bring 2 white, though not the same, you will see something interesting among them.:beer:

I have submitted the choice of menu and the # of guests to the restaurant today.
Individuals can pick one from each category on the day -

2a. Prawn bisque - $100
2b. Pan fried Foie Gras, apple brunois, Balsamic Reduction - $150

3b. Char-grilled 250 days Grain Fed Filet of Beef - $360
4a. Crème Brulee - $60
4b. Chocolate mousse cake - $60

You can pick at the restaurant but I guess if one has already made up his/her mind, I would encourage them to pick earlier. This will make life esier for them and avoid wastage of food. But this is entirely up to you.

No, I don't think you can finish all the stuff. You are meant to pick one from each category, or you will be having 2 each of starter, secondi, main, & dessert. Do you mean between the two of you, you have one each?

I didn't do much. The food (Cod fish) turned out to be less delicious than it was under the old format. Anyway, it was a great night out.
Now look forward to the foie gras bun at Yung Kee.

I was thinking 太密 for my wallet and my liver. It now seems that Oncologist does not express a concern, I think I wouldn't have to worry about the liver part.
