- 有點過熟，果味濃但氣泡少，我的儲存不當
Hugel Riesling 1998 (Magnum)
- 成熟，蘋果及梨香吸引，趁上蟹肉沙律幾乎是完美配搭。酒本身已處高峰，再過兩年恐怕會下山，此時不喝更待何時
Bernard Morey Chassagne Montrachet les Caillerets 2002
- 木桶奶油雲尼拿香，果味比較緊，餘韻苦澀雖稍多但卻不令人討厭，不俗
Cloudy Bay Te Koko 2005
- Cloudy Bay從不討好我，這個濃縮版的個人覺得較膩
Parker Coonawarra Estate Terra Rossa First Growth 1998
- 十分濃郁，真的很Parkerized，其實是瓶平衡感很好的酒，只是不是我的口味罷了
Petaluma Coonawarra 1998
- 青澀味稍多，仍有成長空間乎？感覺上有點點Las Cases的影子，有機會很想再試試看
Chateau Ducru Beaucaillou 1998
- 好喝！才開始有點成熟，黑果味不算極濃郁但細緻，放久了更有點焦油黑松露香，未來數年相信會很誘人
Chateau Clinet 1998
- 完全未熟，雖已換瓶但仍像有點睡眼惺忪，但應很有潛質，是夜個人覺得最浪費了的佳釀
Wendowree Shiraz Malbex 1997
- 換瓶近兩小時後才進杯，薄荷黑果香吸引，配上羊架好吃得不得了。Wendowree的葡萄酒沒有澳洲酒的一般過濃感覺，很好
Domaine Cauhape Ballet d’Octobre, Jarancon 2005
- 簡單的甜酒，配朱古力甜點也可以接受

very agree, have typical rite bank fruit notes but without the signatured Velvety body of Client, quite similar to the 1996 i tasted before but behind 1995. Filled like decanting all the things out forcely. Should be excellent few years later.
