Was it closed?
Big Times was still closed 2 weeks ago. Hoi Tin was reopened.

As st today, North Point City and Hoi Tin are open. Big Times is still closed. Enjoy yuorselves!

I never find North Point City is closed.. Are you talking about Hoi Tin ? or Big time ?
