一日有周嘉儀，邊個想係TVB做一姐，都係發夢(雖然其他台都一樣)
係無記搵個有盤菜級數既主播，除左已經轉跑港聞組個兩位鄭萃雯同劉芷欣，其他主播都未達水平

其實盤菜走既影響仲大過紫盈走,630,GMHK,甚至年尾大事回顧都無左一個年資經驗豐富既主力人選
反而紫盈走左,83台要替補唔難(可以推D外電出黎頂住檔先)

同意，盤翠瑩在無記的日子較黃紫盈多，而且她兩邊走(翡翠台，互動新聞台)，又曾主持特輯及大事回顧，她的離職對無記的影響是較黃紫盈大。不過，黃紫盈fans不少，在互動新聞台表現不錯，加上早前的流淚和被指派報通宵新聞，都吸引輿論的注意(甚至同情和支持)。
希望盤、黃二人新工愉快，觀眾對她們是不會忘記的。

實力就唔講得話好有實力，只不過係經驗累積豐富左，變得駕輕就熟，Practice makes perfect 嘛，想當年Carman都被視為花瓶，近年則有Jasmine同Anita，但經驗日積月累後就會變得有實力，所以不存在實力與花瓶之區別........反而值得一提既係Training做得好，呢一點now嗰邊都做得唔錯！！！

其實昇瓚做630這個進取推測是基於：

如果要由女主播頂630，亦可能意味著83台主播不再兼報630
