It depends the tone that she used when she said those words to you, whether she enjoys your presence in other occasions, whether there are other occasions when you feel that you still have a chance, etc.

You'll have 50% less chance to impress her.  Think of anything that she likes to do, to amuse her, to make her laugh.  You need a whole new different style to approach her.
