[經濟通] 寶利福控股（０８１７２）公布，建議將公司股份由五股合一股，合併後每手買賣單位由３萬股股份更改為２萬股股份。
另外，該公司將發行本金額為３５００萬元之三年期可換股債券，換股價每股換股股份０﹒１２５元。
若認購人悉數兌換，則可換股債券將兌換為２﹒８億股，相當於公司已發行股本約１０５﹒５％，及擴大後股本５１﹒３４％。在可換股債券獲悉數兌換為換股股份後，認購人及其聯繫人士於公司之股權將由２１﹒６８％增至６１﹒８９％。
