I found it hard to find members when they don't understand why they are banned and ask me why. So, please try to one member one thread.
標題 : "會員名稱" (被禁言/被警告)
內容: ban 的原因, 及有關的 url/網址.
請不要刪除有關的文章，以方便審查之用。

i cant see any 被警告 signal, only blocked i can see...
