Well IMO her facial look may not appear as great on air, but her voice from her other reports does always possess an excellent and professional tone
Anyway she definitely deserves day casts instead of midnite ones... more than the "other" one who appears chubby (perhaps a bit swine-faced) and looks guileful, a possible turn-off to viewers

同意。
現時黃紫盈也要「聲音導航」一段外國新聞(黃德藍做午夜主播時也要這樣做)，其實她也可以只做外國新聞，跟胡燕泳學吓嘢，他日再回做主播都可以。不要忘記黃紫盈是少數精通日文及日語的本港電視台記者。

Proficiency is key. And we're NOT talking learning a language in a hobby-like way
We're talking real-life professional environment here

That's why her business Jap language credentials is to be questioned and verified.

Connie Wong was an exchange student to Japan before finishing her study in CUHK and joining to TVB as an anchor in March 2010. She has a good command of written and spoken Japanese.

不過黃德藍睇落特別受高層器重，如果有新人加入(唔知今年實習生有無被睇中做主播?)，黃德藍應該早過黃紫盈甩難，唔駛一星期最少捱一晚
紫盈就睇下有無新人加入，慢慢擺脫通宵更....如果佢咁都捱到都比個服佢
我覺得班高層認為黃紫盈如果出鏡個陣又喊，擺深宵呢d少人睇時段應該唔會咁大件事，今鋪洗底真係唔易
周嘉儀係佢私人時間搞既野，其實唔影響佢工作，最多比人話幾句，放完兩個禮拜假當咩事都無
