同意，「支那采」這個花名是侮辱張文采的，不應使用，雖然在那次和黃紫盈的風波後，我對張文采的印象已打很大折扣。
有點不捨得黃紫盈，正如一位做記者的朋友所言，那次落淚黃紫盈是很不對，特別是為了私人事(和張文采的糾紛)，但她罪不致死，而且平時她報新聞和天氣都很有心機去做，她應有翻身之日。不過，既然袁生質疑黃紫盈能在上星期五客串下午1:30新聞(當日她只是報一次新聞)，可見他對黃紫盈成見甚深，後者離開TVB都是明智的。「此地不留人，自有留人處。」，希望黃紫盈有新的開始。

Maybe certain "peers" have their problems with bullying juniors
Anyway, simply becuz she couldn't survive the TV newsroom does not mean her media career is toast
Some have left TV for print media and they can do just as great
Broadcast news media maybe a 踏脚石 but it can also be 絆脚石
No media personnel's career is without ups and downs
人望高處, if she knows how to learn from past transgressions and re-adjust, she can be successful in just any discipline of media/press/journalism
