常平租房一問
各位C Hing,
小弟近日沉船, 想在常平(近[color=red]C, [color=#000000]華潤廣場那邊[/color][/color][color=black])[/color]租房, 請問有無好介紹? 以安全為主, 想租800-1000呎, 月租大約多少? 另外, 租房有否被查風險?

以安全為由 ~ 都是不要沉了 ~ 特別是 red c 囡囡.... 我見過好多都係. 你過來時. 他便和你一起....

華潤廣場那邊...有廣裕中心 , 1000-1500 有套房啦....
如要1000 呎的..... 便要去金美花園會好點....
你不要住農民房.... 即朝陽一,二三街等...便會十分安全~
查暫住証也只會屈囡囡~

住紅C, 華潤廣場那邊和金美花園是兩個不同地方,一個方便,不用坐車,一個出入都要坐車,而家所有小區既白牌車,由10蚊一程都加到15蚊,小數怕長計呀!!!麗景新城O.K.喎,交通方便,2房一廳2仟零租到啦!!!!

多謝你提醒小弟沉船的事, 其實自已心裏有數, 只要唔好俾我或我的老友見到, 就算數啦.

If you could calculate the cost wise... it is ok... a very good feel MM to stay with you when you are in town... and you pay 3000 if you F her 10 times a month, 6000 if you f her 20 times a month... Or... 1600 if you spend 2 night with her... $2400 if you spend 3 night with her... then... it is still countable... haha

I totally agree with you that this is only a matter of money. Up to now, I am still able to control myself in both monetary and emotional aspects. In addition, all outgoings are within budget.
