I agree. A few months ago, my body condition was not good and sometimes, I had problems getting the 2nd shot. However, with a better control of diet and more exercises (swimming, running, etc), I could now finish 2nd shots without an issue, and even 3 shots in 3 hrs!
Apart from sexual exercise, I advise all ching here to do some other exercises as well.
