My friend buy a business from them.
The business can earn money on old owner.
But when my friend buy a business.
Some sales left the company. So the business cannot earn money now.
Remember :
Don't Buy a business ( If the business has profit, why the owner want to sell their business)
It should be have a hidden problem.
Some owner reaseon is leave Hong Kong, OR some no related reason. So they want sell their business.
If you want a businessman.
You need to know the following:
1. What to do you want to do?
2. Find your interesting, because SMEs owner need drive our life to business.
用生命換明天
3. We are 24 hours working. At home working, shopping is working, sleeping is working.
4. Do you like working ? Can you working about 1000 days no holiday?
5. If you want setup business, you need do you good job on your existing job. Many people don't like their existing job, so they want setup a business. But many people will fail. You need like your existing job, boss and company if you want setup a business for your life.

Many of them at such companies are a "product"....
Why I said its a product...
Coz so many people setup a simple business and do some "make up" on its finanical statements....and sell it as a product at that kind of companies....
