I am worrying about the future of its financial controller

I suspect that the company is in great difficulty in getting syndicated loan completed. Banks involved may have worries about their financial position...I guess

原來水記已經 quited 左唔做佢地 auditor，又有non-executive directors resigned，現在 loans 又 cross default is triggered.  呢次大鑊！

其實水記收客不嬲都好挑剔, 點解會接呢間野既生意...:lookaround:

Their gearing at the last fiscal date was 131.3%.  This is really scary by any standard.

Also, I tried to look at their Annual Report, but they drive you in a loop.  The HKSE website refers you to their web site [url=http://www.peacemark.com]www.peacemark.com[/url] but you just cannot get to see the Annual Report.  I think the Company doesn't want investors to read the Annual Report.  The Auditors Report therein might be interesting.

Are you suggesting they have failed the listing compliance by not submitting financial reports on time?

No, I think they did file the Result announcement.  But contrary to the usual practice, the Annual Report is not published in the HKSE website but instead refers you to the Peace Mark's own website.  When you click on the link in the website,

it again refers you to the website.  You just cannot get to see the Annual Report.

HK is a bit different from the US. In the US, you must file directly with the SEC using edgarization filing system.  The SEC will automatically track your complicance and generate announcement when the report is late.

HK should follow suit.
